The truth is I stayed at home, even though it was quite relaxing, but I think my winter holidays were relaxing and interesting because I dedicated more time to my usual and beloved activities like reading, painting, writing, etc.; artistic activities mainly. But time to do what we really want is so little, I really believe is always so little because like Master Shakespeare said:
"Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice; but for those who love, time is eternity."

Hello everybody!!!!!!!! Well my winter vacations were relaxing, the first week I went to Maitencillo and it was awesome. The rest of the time I stayed in my home so I slept a lot, I watched a lot of movies and I hang out with my friends. In general, I have to say that my winter vacations were very nice!!!!
I did different things on my winter vacation, I was in Santiago the first week, I stayed in my home, I slept and watched TV a lot. The second one I went to the beach, Papudo for five days with a friend and his family, the days were beautiful and I relaxed so much. The third week, I went to visit my family in San Felipe, the days were so cold but I had a good time with them because my mother pampered me a lot. Also, in every week that I mentioned before, I had to work on weekends, so I didn`t have a total vacation, but it was nice, in special for special event that I knew. Now I only think, it`s about my thesis and I work hard to get my goals.
I stayed in Santiago the first week, but, I did a lot of things, such as watch "ice age 3", ice-skate at Mall plaza vespucio, taste the delicious chinese food every day :P, etc.
After that, I went to Valdivia, where I visited Valdivia's Casino, that is the tallest building in the city. Also, I bought some gifts for my parents, like perfumes, pictures, etc. etc. Also, I toured all over Calle Calle's river on a Boat with my girlfriend just for five thousand pesos.
Finally, I ate one of the most well-knowed foods in Valdivia, which is "crudos". Is a little piece of bread with raw meet, where you can mix it with whatever you want, for example; lemon's juice, salt, black pepper, onion, etc.
Unfortunately, in 2 weeks I couldn't rest as I wanted, I'd like to have at least a month ;D

In my winter vacations I travelled to Valdivia, because I had to visit some of my family there, I was 2 days here, after that I went to Chiloé specifically to Achao, this is a place located within the Quinchao Island, for which we know Chiloé is not formed only one island, there are many islands, besides the big island. In Achao I was resting in my home accompanied of my parents, sister and niece, also I share with my old friends, we had some barbecued meet, also I enjoyed eating "curanto", but also I remained quite in my house, because the weather was very cold. After that I travelled to Puerto Montt for a weekend, and I was to visit to a cousin who gave birth and also I met a friend who had not seen for years. Well, in general is always a pleasure for me to go to visit my family because for many years I've been away from them.

I slept a lot and also I watched tv.As you can see nothing especial.Maybe in the future I write something more interesting about my winter vacation but unfortunatly today that's not the case. So I am not going to lie or invent something else.

Mainly I did enough things to rest, so I enjoyed my holidays as much as I could, though I have to recognize it wasn't enough time.
My winter vacations were a bit short actually shorter than other years, so for that reason I couldn't do so much, because when I realized that I was on my vacations they had finished. I just hang out with my friends on weekends, I stood with my boyfriend, and some days I shared with my parents specially at night watching some movies or just talking about our lives.
The most important thing I did, was to register in a course to learn signal language, I started there just some weeks ago, people are very special there with good feelings and real, not like in other places. I decided to know more about this, because where I’m working I have some tone deaf students, and their classmates communicate with them very clearly, so as a teacher I consider that it is very important at least for me to learn how to communicate in a better way with them.

Hello In my winter holidays i went to Santa Cruz. I visited my parents and my family. I ate a lot because my mother cook the most delicious cakes in the world. The weather was very cold so I preferred stay at home with my family, it was very relaxing. Silvia R
