Assignment for August 31st

FCE

What do you think about the work we have been doing with the FCE reading section? How difficult is it? Are we moving too slow? too fast? Are you going to improve your score for next simulation? What areas of your English do you need to improve? Are these reading exercises helping you in your progress as a reader? Have you enjoyed the readings? the topics? the challenge? Do you have any suggestions for upcoming activities?

    i think it is a good way to improve our english, vocabulary and reading skill, but in my opinion i like more to watch videos, because at home i´m always reading, i like the mini presentations too it´s a good exercise to stand up in gront of the class beacause you don´t feel nervous i had feel very good while i was presenting

    Hi !!

    I think these kind of exercises are very useful to improve our English.
    Sometimes it's very complicated to focus on the text that we have to read and also there are some people who read very slowly, so in my opinion, with these activities we can improve our skills to read in a better way.

    Hello everyone!
    It's not a bad Idea, but personally I think those exercises in which we have to choose a title for the paragraph going drill into my head...
    It is not a big problem to focus in what those texts want to say, but the posibilities we have... makes me mad.

    I like this difficult tests because we can really put in practice what we know, and not getting frozen by the "dummy-exercises" of the books.

    In my opinion, this kind of test help us a lot!, I've improved my reading, the topics are very interesting, also the mini presentations are good too, we can practice, and not get nervous easily.

    I like to practice these kind of exercises, because help us to develop our reading comprehension skills; on the other hand, in relation to the mini presentations I think that it have been a good opportunity to improve our speaking and to develop our capacity of improvisation. Other activity that I like me is to watch videos about interesting characters or relevant topics.

    I agree with all the opinions, of course it helps us to improve our reading skills but it´s sad to do that in our last year in the university, I´d liked to have done it before.

    I like to do these kind of exercises because they help us to improve our reading comprehension skills, and we can focus in our weaknesses to make it better than before. Also I like to do mini presentations, because it`s fun and we have the opportunity to speak and relax and feel confidence to speak in front of our classmates.

    we practice and improve our readinf comprehension with this kind of exercises it is very interesting at least for me, and every time we do it it is easier because we have learnt how to make it in that way, I mean looking for key words and things like that.

    Hello Everyone!

    Well, I think this work we have been doing so far has been very usefull, because it is necessary for us to improve, to reach the maximum when we do the real test. About the readings I think they have been ok, as I said, usefull and productive, some of the topics have been interested for me, some others not, but is not a problem, because normally I don't like very much the test readings I preffer other kinds of reding, but is good to know you ca do it well even when the reading doesn't call your attention.

    Obviously I think we will improve, because we are working hard, and we are doing our homeworks, because we are aware of the importance of reaching good results in the test.

    I agree with my classmates, because i think that these kind of exercises are improving a lot our reading skill, that is essential in our life as future teachers. Also it is importnat to mention that the topics have been very interesting.

    I really like this kind of exercises, because of the simple fact that they make us thinking...I consider that they are not so complicated; actually, the complex thing is to get the concentration that we need to answer and make the relation between the different paragraphs and stuff.
    I think this is the best way of get used to solve and answer some important test as, fst certificated, toefl, etc.
    Honestly, I really enjoy these kinds of exercises...

    Hi!!

    Well I think that is very good but I have to take just one and my score is not good, so I hope that when I must give other I will get a better score.
    It was very difficult but I think with more practice maybe I can improve.
    I think that I need to improve speaking because for my, it is so complicate and difficult.
    This exercise that we have to take has been helpful because we can improve each time.
